Jennifer Legnini, known as mornin’bird, is a farmer and artist dedicated to whole health, full access and big fun in food, farming and the arts. She has created businesses and programming with a mission and vision believing everyone is an artist hard at work creating their lives, days, families, communities, trades and crafts. She is dedicated to the expression of connection between the arts, culture and the vital natural resources of places, particularly people’s use and care of them and how they have been and are still evolving. With a commitment to whole system design, her principles are defined by the importance of understanding the seasonality for food and lifestyle as well as best agricultural practices for both a healthful diet and for the health of soil, water and energy resources.
Now, mornin’bird presents the track ”Sweetest Song.” Jennifer met Luis Cancion at the beginning of the production of the Navigating with Nature Series, a multimedia arts series of seasonal storytelling, music, tools and treats to offer inspiration and guidance to live, work and play with the seasons. The lyrics for ”Sweetest Song” were some of her favorite and she has been carefully curating the progress to a full song. Luis’ musical talent and as a powerhouse of a producer brought the lyrics to full life and mornin’bird is proud to play them on the loud speakers. This is the English version and can also be found sung in Spanish as ‘Mas Dulce Cancion’. The songs are streaming on all major platforms.
